BRAYDEN'S BRONZE STAR
The BRONZE STAR MEDAL was originally established by an Executive Order on 4 February 1944. This decoration is awarded to members of the United States Armed Forces for either heroic achievement, heroic service, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service in a combat zone. In the military, service members do not receive bonuses or pay raises for above and beyond performance; they are awarded medals of recognition, and wear them with pride. Ribbons and medals are worn on the left side of the chest and serve as a visual "resume" of what that service member has done and accomplished.
