Tracy Tappan
Note to self: never try to publish a book during an international move.
I won't lie to you, it's been a rough road.
Besides all the busyness and adjustments, it's been difficult moving to a new environment.
As you probably know by now, I struggle with chronic Lyme disease. This has led me to contract MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), which means I have extreme sensitivities and create allergies a lot (I don't have Crohn's, btw--that was a misdiagnosis).
Anyway, San Diego, with all its unique flora and fauna, has been playing merry hell with my allergies. These last months, I haven't been feeling well at all, and this has slowed my productivity considerably.
Although the good news is that I feel like I've finally turned a corner.
So please hang in there with me!
Book five IS coming!
I'm ready to rock 'n roll.
(By the way, if you're interested in the holistic approach I take to eliminating my allergies, you can check out the NAET website). https://www.naet.com/
